Sergio Michelsen

With more than 30 years of experience, he advises leading local and foreign companies in Corporate/M&A as well as telecommunications, media and technology matters. He also counsels prominent families in connection with their private wealth. Manuel Quinche

As part of the Banking & Financial services team, he has experience practicing in the areas of Structured Finance, Project Finance and Corporate/M&A. He has acted as legal counsel to borrowers, project sponsors and developers, lenders and financial institutions in various national and international corporate and project finance transactions, including, among others, commercial bank loans, syndicated loans, financings with multilateral institutions, financings with export credit agencies and financings through capital markets. Mr. Quinche’s project finance experience includes advise to either financers or project developers in oil & gas, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.

Catalina Santos

As leader of the labour, employment and immigration practice, she focuses on individual labour advice, negotiation with high executives, restructuring processes, redundancies, massive layoffs, voluntary retirement plans, compensation and benefits, collective bargaining and union issues, labour processes resulting from mergers and acquisitions (transfer of employees, harmonization of labour conditions), analysis of outsourcing, contractors and staffing agencies, global mobility and international employment issues. She is highly experienced in different industries and sectors, providing legal advice to companies on a national and international level in individual and collective labour law and social security issues. 

Catalina is part of the Women Lawyers' Interest Group, the Legal Practice Division, the Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee and Sustainability Initiatives Officer in the Latin American Regional Forum inside the IBA.

Jaime Robledo

As member of the Corporate/M&A team, he advises clients in a wide range of topics related to business law and the acquisition and sale of companies including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, among others. He has advised strategic investors and private equity funds in the acquisition and sale of companies and in the negotiation of shareholders' agreements in different areas of industry and services. He has advised governmental entities and buyers in privatization processes under Law 226 of 1995.
