Manuel Quinche
As part of the Banking & Financial services team, he has experience practicing in the areas of Structured Finance, Project Finance and Corporate/M&A. Catalina Santos
As leader of the labour, employment and immigration practice, she focuses on individual labour advice, negotiation with high executives, restructuring processes, redundancies, massive layoffs, voluntary retirement plans, compensation and benefits, collective bargaining and union issues, labour processes resulting from mergers and acquisitions (transfer of employees, harmonization of labour conditions), analysis of outsourcing, contractors and staffing agencies, global mobility and international employment issues. She is highly experienced in different industries and sectors, providing legal advice to companies on a national and international level in individual and collective labour law and social security issues.

Jaime Robledo
As member of the Corporate/M&A team, he advises clients in a wide range of topics related to business law and the acquisition and sale of companies including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, among others.
