For the constitutional period 2020 - 2023, the Territorial Development Plans that were not presented in time, may be submitted for consideration until June 15, 2020.
Those Territorial Development Plans that were presented on April 30, 2020 may be subject to modifications by governors and mayors due to the effects of the new Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic until June 15, 2020.
Finally, mayors and governors may adopt the Security and Citizen Coexistence Plans, for the constitutional period 2020 - 2023, the following month as from the approval or adoption of the respective Territorial Development Plan.
