On Thursday, the tax reform bill that had been announced by the Government and that would be presented for discussion in Congress was published. We share with you a summary of the main points that, in any case, could be modified in the legislative process. 

The main issues: 

• Sales tax - VAT
• Income tax
• Income tax for individuals
• Corporate income tax
• Complementary tax on occasional profits
• Temporary and solidarity wealth tax
• Tax normalization tax
• Tax procedure, formal duties and penalties
• Other taxes

The bill was accompanied by a message of urgency from the Government, with means the Congress will have to process it with priority and in an expeditious manner.
