Government grants a temporary authorization for Governors and Mayors to reduce local taxes amid Coronavirus crisis.

Local taxes include the Industry and Commerce Tax, Real Estate Tax and Vehicles Tax, Registry Tax, among others. 

This authorization will only last until the sanitary emergency is in force. 

Additionally, Governors and Mayors are authorized to use the income of specified purposes, to cover and fight the Coronavirus crisis.
