Juliana Franco Zapata

Lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia with a specialization in Contract Law and Legal-Business Relations from the same institution, with experience in the legal structuring of complex transactions in the fiduciary, financial, corporate, and real estate sectors.

 Her career includes structured finance and project finance schemes, as well as the negotiation, drafting, and review of civil and commercial contracts, trusts, guarantees, and legal vehicles designed for the development of strategic projects. 

She has also participated in the legal structuring and execution of real estate, infrastructure, and energy projects, including solar energy initiatives and sustainable projects.
