He has experience advising national and international clients (i) in drafting, reviewing, modifying, and negotiating civil and commercial contracts, (ii) in incorporation, spin-offs, mergers, and liquidation of companies, appointment of directors, capitalizations, capital reductions, drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions, share and asset purchase agreements, (iii) supporting due diligence processes for corporate transactions, (iv) in preparing legal opinions, and (v) in matters related to Consumer Law, Aviation Law, and Telecommunications Law.

His professional experience includes having worked at Ernst & Young.
