Brigard Urrutia renews and expands its international certifications in information security and privacy

We are proud to announce that we have renewed our ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management) and ISO 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Management) certifications for our Banking and Financial Services team, and that the scope of these certifications has now been extended to include our Capital Markets team.

These international certifications reflect the application of best practices in information protection, through robust controls that mitigate the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access, and promote a security-focused culture across the Firm and our information systems.

For several years now, Brigard Urrutia has been committed to establishing and maintaining a management system aligned with the highest international standards, as part of our responsibility to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information entrusted to us by our clients, allies, and collaborators.

This achievement has been made possible thanks to the joint efforts of our practice areas and strategic support teams—especially the teams from General Secretariat, Technology, Logistics, and Human Resources, who played a key role in successfully carrying out the audit process.

We remain committed to expanding the scope of these certifications to other areas of the Firm, further reinforcing our dedication to information security and privacy.
