Her practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions, with experience acting as both lead counsel in local transactions and local counsel in cross-border deals. Her transactional experience includes share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and investment projects across various industries (including infrastructure, telecoms, oil and gas, mining, and energy).

Natalia has experience in actively participatingin all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence processes, structuring and implementation, drafting and negotiating key documentation, such as share or asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, escrow arrangements, and ancillary documents, as well as coordinating closing processes often involving multiple jurisdictions.
