Mariana Londoño Neira

Mariana is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with an academic focus in Psychology. She has experience advising national and international clients on corporate matters, including the drafting and review of contracts, compliance with corporate obligations, response to administrative requirements, and management of legal risks in the day-to-day operations of companies. Prior to joining Brigard Urrutia, she worked at a top-tier law firm, where she deepened her knowledge in commercial and corporate law, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she completed her legal internship in the legal department of a leading retail and e-commerce company in Latin America, where she worked on contractual matters, intellectual property, and consumer protection matters.
