María Alejandra Rueda Toro
As a committed member of the legal community, She offer a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, along with several notable academic accomplishments. She graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Cali.
In 2019 she received the scholarship for international mobility, which enabled her to begin an academic exchange at ITESO University in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in Cali, further acknowledged her dedication to greatness by awarding her the title of finest Saber Pro.
In 2024, she was awarded a scholarship from the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) to complete the academic program Generación L.
She has experience advising private companies and public-sector entities on antitrust and competition matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
She joined Brigard Urrutia in January 2024 and has worked with the M&A team, the Corporate and Commercial Law team, and the Antitrust and Competition team.
