Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, joined the firm in 2023 after working as an intern in 2020. Obtained her degree in 2023. As a member of the Corporate and M&A Team, she advises national and international clients in the constitution and operation of companies, the development of due diligence processes, and on the planning, structuring, and execution of projects for the purchase and sale of shares or assets of different companies.
