Associate at Brigard Urrutia, with more than seven years of experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences industries.

Her practice encompasses corporate and regulatory law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, cross-border investment structures, corporate governance, commercial agreements and regulatory compliance. Within the life sciences sector, she advises companies on matters relating to the distribution and dispensing of medicines, health regulations, market access, price compliance and the structuring of promotional programs, providing strategic guidance in navigating Colombia’s regulatory environment.

She holds a law degree from Universidad Icesi and a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
