Jaime Felipe Artunduaga

Felipe joined Brigard Urrutia in May 2022 and, as a member of the Infrastructure and Public Utilities team, provides legal support to road, port, airport, and mining concessionaires; participates in the structuring of infrastructure projects; advises national and foreign companies in public and private procurement processes; and takes part in advising on public law matters, including budgetary law, public procurement, administrative labor law, the structure of the State, disciplinary and fiscal liability, as well as constitutional actions.
