Gerardo Rafael Chadid

Lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario with  deepening in International Law, specialist in Customs and Foreign Trade Law from the same university, and LL.M. from University College London (UCL) with an emphasis on Maritime Law.

He joined Brigard Urrutia in 2017 as a member of the Customs and Foreign Trade team, where he has advised domestic and international clients on customs and foreign trade operations, including trade defense measures, international trading companies, Plan Vallejo, free trade zone regime, and, in general, the planning and structuring of import and export operations.
He coordinates Brigard Urrutia's Transportation and Logistics Industry team, advising clients on transportation regulation, structuring transportation and logistics contracts, and planning logistics operations.

He has been recognized by Legal 500 as a Leading Associate for three consecutive years.
