Diego Alejandro Pérez Castillo

Diego is a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and holds a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, with more than nine years of experience in resolving complex disputes.

Throughout his career, he has been part of several boutique firms specialized in litigation and arbitration, as well as the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM Santiago).

His practice focuses on civil, commercial, and administrative litigation and arbitration, including constitutional actions and administrative sanctioning and regulatory proceedings. He has advised and represented clients in the infrastructure, transportation, mining, real estate, goods and services commercialization, and port sectors, designing and implementing procedural strategies in high-value and high-impact disputes.
