Daniel Augusto Delgado Jaramillo

Attorney graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Insurance Law from the same institution, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut, United States.

Daniel began his professional career as a claims advisor at the prominent insurance brokerage firm Marsh. Since joining the firm, he has advised both domestic and international companies on the design and administration of their insurance programs, as well as on claims analysis and the submission of claims to insurers under lines such as surety, civil liability, cyber, directors and officers (D&O), among others.

He has also counseled foreign insurance companies in connection with their incorporation and licensing processes in Colombia, and has provided legal advice to various stakeholders in the insurance sector on regulatory and substantive matters inherent to Insurance Law. Additionally, Daniel has advised and trained national companies on the proper management of insurance contracts within the framework of contractual relationships with contractors.
