Andrés Varela Jaramillo

Associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team. His practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex transactional agreements.

Since joining the Firm in 2025, he has actively participated in various stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence processes, transaction structuring, and the negotiation of transactional documents.

He is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana School of Law (2025), with an emphasis in Corporate Law.
