Alejandro Chavarriaga

Lawyer graduated from Universidad del Rosario, specialized in Corporate Criminal Law, courtroom advocacy, and criminal risk prevention. He has experience representing financial institutions, private sector companies, and public officials before the Attorney General's Office of Colombia, the Office of the Inspector General of Colombia, and Criminal Courts. He also holds a specialization in Public Procurement and Contract Management.

He has experience providing legal advice and consulting services on criminal risk prevention, including the design, implementation, and assessment of anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and anti-corruption risk management and compliance systems.

He joined Brigard Urrutia in August 2026.
