Santiago Espitia Pardo
Lawyer with experience in environmental and administrative law, focused on providing environmental legal advice to companies across various industries. He has been involved in structuring defense strategies in environmental administrative investigations, conducting regulatory risk assessments, carrying out environmental legal due diligence, and supporting interactions with environmental authorities, including the review of licenses, permits, and administrative acts related to monitoring and enforcement.
He is currently pursuing a specialization in Administrative Law and a Master’s degree in Procedural Law at the Universidad del Rosario.
He was awarded a merit-based scholarship throughout his law degree at the Universidad del Rosario, where he also served as a teaching assistant for the courses Introduction to Law, Public Finance, Sources of Obligations, and Civil and Commercial Contracts, and participated for three years in the Procedural Law research group.
