Ricardo Porras Saavedra
A graduate of the Universidad Externado of Colombia, he specializes in international tax law and has extensive experience in tax matters. Throughout his career, he has advised a wide range of clients and international organizations on the design and implementation of sophisticated international tax planning strategies. His practice encompasses the interpretation and application of double taxation treaties, the structuring and optimization of tax incentives, as well as comprehensive estate planning for high-net-worth families. He has also represented clients in administrative proceedings and tax litigation before Colombian tax authorities.
In addition to his professional practice, Ricardo is a frequent contributor to renowned legal journals in Colombia, keeping abreast of the latest developments in international tax law.
