Natalia Duque Castañeda

Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, with a emphasis in Private Law. She was awarded a merit-based scholarship throughout her law studies. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, and corporate law matters.

As a member of Brigard Urrutia’s M&A team since March 2024, Natalia has participated in mergers and acquisitions transactions, legal due diligence processes, and corporate reorganizations. Her practice includes the drafting, review, and analysis of corporate and commercial documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, corporate documents, and due diligence reports.
