Manuela Ramírez Arbeláez

Lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes, and has currently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá. She has expertise in commercial, corporate, and consumer law and has experience working in public entities. She joined the firm in 2024 as part of the mergers and acquisitions team after completing an internship with the corporate business team in 2022. As a member of the M&A team, she advises domestic and international clients on due diligence processes, the incorporation and operation of different companies, and the planning, structuring, and execution of projects for the purchase and sale of shares or assets of different companies, as well as investment projects.
