Luis Alfonso Cárdenas Sepúlveda
Law degree and a specialization in Procedural Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. He also holds a specialization in Liability and Torts from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in Energy and Arbitration from the University of Texas at Austin. He has over ten years of experience working at leading national and international law firms, advising on the structuring and development of energy projects across transactional, contractual and regulatory matters. He has served as an adviser to the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG) on tariff regulation and the application of the legal framework governing public utilities, to the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), and to the Ministry of Mines and Energy, where he led the judicial defence in high-impact litigation and arbitration proceedings.
