Juliana Andrea Garcia Osorio
Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with an emphasis on international commercial law and tort law, Juliana holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
She joined Brigard Urrutia in June 2025 as an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Regulation team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Mono Colombia S.A.S. as a Legal Analyst, where she supported the company on regulatory and corporate matters. She also served as a research assistant in international law and international economic law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and as an academic instructor in various courses, including the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition.
In her practice, Juliana advises local and international clients on the structuring of private equity funds, trust vehicles, and other investment schemes through the capital markets. He also advises financial institutions, securities issuers, and foreign clients on regulatory, corporate governance, and financial legislation matters.
