Juan Manuel Hoyos Aramburo

Juan Manuel is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he graduated with academic merit and completed an emphasis in Business Law. He joined Brigard Urrutia on February 12, 2025, and is part of the Tax and Transfer Pricing team. His practice focuses on tax law, administrative law, and the analysis and compliance of transfer pricing obligations.

He has experience in legal analysis, structuring of transactions, tax planning, and the assessment of legal and regulatory risks. Before joining the Firm, he served as a Summer Intern at Posse Herrera Ruiz (2023), Paralegal at Vélez Gutiérrez Abogados (2023–2024), and Intern at Brigard Urrutia (2024–2025).
