
Geraldine Pardo Duque
Lawyer with an emphasis in International Commercial Law and Tort Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of her university’s team at the 2022 International Business Ethics and Sustainability Case Competition in Los Angeles, California, where she presented on corporate sustainability and child labor in the mica industry in India. Additionally, she was a distinguished columnist for her faculty’s newspaper, where she published 33 academic articles.
She has experience in law firms and start-ups, focusing on matters related to competition law, compliance, commercial law, and corporate law. Since joining Brigard Urrutia, she has been supporting the team with matters related to unfair competition, anticompetitive practices, and economic merger control.
