Diana Carolina Quintero Díaz
Attorney graduated from Universidad del Rosario, with a specialization in Financial Legislation from Universidad de los Andes. She has more than six years of experience in the banking and financial sector, gained both in law firms and in financial institutions. As a member of the Banking and Financial Services team, she advises national and international clients on corporate and structured finance transactions, including project finance, asset-backed financings, and corporate loans. Her practice also includes advising on regulatory matters for regulated and non-regulated entities, as well as handling proceedings before the Superintendence of Finance (Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia).
Throughout her career, she has provided counsel in processes involving the transfer of assets, liabilities, and contracts of regulated entities, and has advised various participants in the financial sector on the requirements applicable to the incorporation and operation of entities supervised by the Superintendence of Finance. She has also participated in the structuring and implementation of financial products and has advised financial institutions on exposure limits, solvency, and capital requirements. Her experience includes the preparation of memorandums and legal opinions on banking and financial regulatory matters, as well as advising digital banking and Fintech entities on the design and development of innovative financial products.
