Dario Gil Cardozo

Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario with an emphasis in private law. He joined the firm in July 2025. He has experience in corporate law, as well as in the prevention and resolution of corporate disputes.

As an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Regulation team, he advises local and international clients on the structuring of securities offerings (including debt and equity instruments), financial derivatives, and other corporate transactions in the securities market. In his practice, Darío also specializes in the design and structuring of private equity funds, fiduciary vehicles, and other investment schemes through the capital markets. He also advises financial institutions, private equity funds, securities issuers, and foreign clients on regulatory matters, corporate governance, and financial legislation.
