Lawyer and business administrator from Universidad de los Andes. She is part of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice, where she supports the structuring and execution of transactions.

During her academic training, she served as a teaching assistant for the courses Property Law and Business Law Fundamentals at Universidad de los Andes. She was also a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions research group, where she developed research and publications on M&A transactions in Colombia and internationally.

Her thesis analyzed the impact of corporate governance on the financial performance of publicly listed companies in Colombia, integrating perspectives from corporate law and corporate finance through an interdisciplinary approach aimed at understanding how governance structures influence strategic decision-making and value creation.
