Alejandro Cardozo Coral

Lawyer graduated from Universidad de los Andes, with experience in corporate law, financial law, corporate financings and project finance, as well as commercial law, gained at both local and international law firms. Since August 4, 2025, I have been practicing professionally, with experience at the Legislative Working Unit (UTL) of the Senate of the Republic of Colombia, ETL Nexum (Barcelona) and Cardozo Coral y Asociados. My work has focused on drafting and reviewing commercial and civil contracts, analyzing legal documentation for international agreements, and advising on reforms and draft bills in the Senate of the Republic of Colombia.
