Advisory services for public and private entities on administrative law matters, with emphasis on state contracting, budget law, disciplinary law, fiscal control and public services.

An important part of the work consists of supporting public entities and contractors in selection processes like tenders and calls for bids. To this end, the Team participates in projects from the start until the contract is signed, providing legal assistance.

The Team also advises companies that render public services in the fields of telecommunications, drinking water and basic sanitation, and on handling relations between companies and regulation agents.
