The main purpose of the due diligence practice is to pool together our best assets in order to add value in the decision-making process, enabling our clients to take informed decisions. We focus our Due Diligence activity in the adequate, timely, efficient and cost-conscious assessment of the risks and critical issues that are relevant for our clients and in the design and definition of responses to such risks and issues, including pricing, disclosure requirements, contract drafting and deal strategy, among others.

We have successfully undertaken a wide range of Due Diligence projects relating to many different business areas and with a variable range of complexity, from small acquisitions to large multinational mergers.
