The Team advises clients on matters relating to competition law, including disputes connected with unfair competition and breaches of free competition regulations. To this end, it represents clients in proceedings with the Superintendency of Industry and Trade and with ordinary courts.
As far as integrations are concerned, the Team helps clients who are engaged in business mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, both locally and on international markets. It thus assists clients strategically in drawing up the applications which they have to submit to the Superintendency of Industry and Trade for getting approval for these, and in the legal justification for such applications. |
