| | | Ms. Silva-Cortés is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad Javeriana. She also graduated cum laude with an LL.M in International Business Law from University of Tilburg in The Netherlands, where she was an LL.M Research Master in Law Graduate with Emphasis in Corporate Governance. In addition, Ms. Silva-Cortés attended the Summer School of Business Law in the European Union at the University of Heinrich Heine in Germany.
Ms. Silva-Cortés joined the firm in 2009 and currently is an Associate in the M&A Practice Group. She advises national and international clients in processes of due diligence, negotiation, documentation consolidation and closings of mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs.
She is admitted to practice in Colombia.
