| Mr. Holguín-Mora is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario, with the distinction as “Colegial Mayor”. He also obtained a specialization in Financial Law from the same Institution. Mr. Holguín-Mora has taught at Universidad del Rosario. In addition, he has compiled the book “Carlos Holguín: Writings”, published by University El Rosario.
Mr. Holguín-Mora joined the firm in 2006 and currently is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law and Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Groups. He advises national and international clients in aspects relating to the incorporation and operation of corporations in Colombia; negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as developing corporate restructurings. Additionally, he counsels corporate clients on antitrust and competition matters, as well as aspects relating to fulfillment of commercial regulations and restrictive practices and unfair competition.
