| Mr. Silva is a graduate of the School of Law of Univeridad Externado. During his legal studies, he was the recipient of four honorary awards for academic excellence. He also obtained a specialization in Tax Law from Rosario University.
Mr. Silva joined the firm in 2009 and currently is an Associate in the Tax and Trusts and Estates Practice Groups. He advises national and international clients in a wide variety of matters with respect to national and local taxes, including tax planning, tax governmental and judicial litigation, fulfillment of formal tax obligations, consultancy, transfer prices, tax auditing and tax labor issues of natural persons. Currently he teaches at the Universidad Externado and in Universidad del Norte.
