| | | Mr. Sanabria- Díaz is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad de la Sabana. Exempted from the Final Exams of the under graduate degree in law by obtaining excellent results in the Mandatory Colombian State Exams in Law. Three times named as Distinguished Student at Law Faculty. He is certified in Colombian Tax Regime at Universidad Javeriana. He also obtained a specialization in a Graduate Degree in Tax Law at Universidad de los Andes.
As a member of the Tax team, he provides legal tax advisory to both national and international companies. He has also participated in the design and implementation of highly sophisticated, creative and tax-efficient corporate structures. His practice is also focused on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions related to foreign indebtedness, foreign investment, and taxation on financial contracts, options, futures, derivatives and trusts.
