| | | Mr. Rodriguez-Bravo joined the firm in 2010 and currently is a Senior Associate in the Due Diligence and Banking and Finance Practice Groups. He advises clients on a wide variety of cross-border business and commercial transactions, with specific focus on commercial, corporate, financial law and M&A. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez-Bravo, worked for some of the country’s leading companies as well various law firms in Colombia and the United States. He is admitted to practice in Colombia as well as the States of New York and California.
Mr. Rodriguez-Bravo is a graduate of the School of Law of Rosario University, with a specialization in Commercial Law at Los Andes University. He also graduated with an LL.M in Business and Corporate Law from the University of California, where he was awarded the Merit Grant (merit-based scholarship) by the Law School’s Dean. He undertook additional post-graduate studies in Colombia and abroad at Universities such as George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mr. Rodriguez-Bravo currently teaches post-graduate, masters-level and graduate courses at the Schools of Law of the Universities of El Rosario and Los Andes as well as the International Business School and Studies Center in Garrigues Spain. Furthermore, he has taught courses on Guarantees, Corporations and Negotiable Instruments as part of the highly-regarded Grupo Aval - Banco de Bogotá internal Banking Management Graduate Degree program. | | | Academic Training
