| Ms. Rivera- Ramírez joined the firm in 1998 and currently is a Senior Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practice Group. Her practice is focused on business and commercial litigation and she has litigated a variety of disputes in state courts throughout Colombia. Ms. Rivera- Ramírez has experience litigating disputes in a variety of forums, including arbitration and mediation. She acts as Arbitrator and Secretary of Arbitration Courts. She currently teaches postgraduate courses and workshops on different aspects of the arbitration proceedings. She is a member of the Colombian Committee of Arbitration and the Spanish Arbitration Club. She is admitted to practice in Colombia.
Ms. Rivera- Ramírez is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad Sergio Arboleda, and also obtained a specialization in Alternative Methods for Conflict Resolution, Arbitration and Conciliation at Universidad del Rosario.
