Ms. Ramos-Venegas is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario. Ranked second in the competition law Germán Cavelier with the essay "The Legal Nature of Contracts Between International Organizations and the State." She was also a semifinalist in the Human Rights competition organized by American University in Washington,DC.

As a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team, she participates in the preparation of contracts and documents relating to transactions for the purchase and sale of companies an assists in coordinating due diligence reviews.
