Mr. Puentes is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad de los Andes. Currently, he is attending the postgraduate Taxation Law program at the same university.

In the Banking and Financial Services Practice Team, he advises financial institutions, private companies and public entities in matters that include project finance, development of security and guarantee structures and financial regulations.
