| | | Mr. Moreno joined the firm in 2003 and currently is a Senior Associate in the Tax Practice Group of the firm. He provides tax advice to national and multinational companies during acquisition processes, corporate restructuring and international financing. Likewise, he provides advice for companies in the hydrocarbons and mining sector and is member of the transfer pricing team of the firm. He previously also worked as a Foreign Associate at Ernst & Young LLP in New York.
Mr. Moreno is admitted to the practice of law in Colombia and New York.
Mr. Moreno is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad Javeriana, and obtained specializations in Customs Law at Universidad Externado and in Tax Law at Universidad de los Andes.
