| | Law graduate of Norte University, Barranquilla, who was admitted to practise law in 1998. Holds specialisations in Conflict Management and Negotiation and in Commercial Law from the same university.
| | | Attended the Global Corporate Governance Forum at the Institute for Corporate Governance, Yale University, United States in 2003, with a scholarship granted by the World Bank, IFC and CIPE. From 1998 to 2000, trained as a negotiator in Harvard University techniques (Harvard Negotiation Project) in Colombia.

| | | Worked in the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce legal department for ten years (1996 - 2006). Taught in the legal sciences division of Norte University, Barranquilla. Has taken part in conferences on specific legal issues, principally in the areas of alternative methods for settling conflicts, commercial law, and industrial and intellectual property.
