| Ms. Jaramillo-Hernández is a graduate of the School of Jurisprudence of Universidad del Rosario, where she had the privilege of being awarded a scholarship for academic performance. She also obtained a specialization in Tax Law at Universidad Javeriana and is a member of the Colombian Tax Law Institute - ICDT. She has also participated in continuing legal education seminars, including “The Conciliator’s Path – Alternative Conflict Solution Methods”, offered by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and “Criminal Responsibility of Legal Persons”, offered by the Universidad del Rosario. She also participates annually in the Tax Law Journeys organized by the ICDT.
Ms. Jaramillo-Hernández joined the Firm in 2007 and currently is a Senior Associate in the Tax Practice Group. She advises national and multinational companies on matters related to national and international tax planning and consultancy, tax and administrative litigation, entering into agreements for legal stability, among others. Ms. Jaramillo-Hernández is admitted to the practice of law in Colombia.
