Ms. Bagés is a graduate of the School of Law of  Universidad  de La Sabana  and obtained a specialization in Commercial Law at Universidad Javeriana.  She graduated with distinction with an LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law from Widener University School of Law in Delaware, where she also obtained a Distinction for her pro bono work for the Delaware community.

Ms. Bagés joined the firm in 2007 and currently is an Associate in the M&A Practice Group.  She advised national and international clients regarding the structuring of projects for sale and purchase of stock and assets and for defining efficient schemes for formalizing investments in companies from different economic sectors. Additionally, she is an advisor of international reinsurers for defining strategies for the defense in insurance claims before Colombian courts.

Ms. Bagés is admitted to practice in Colombia and in the State of New York.
