Ms. Gutierrez de Larrauri is a graduate of Cum laude of Los Andes University, who was admitted to practice law in 2010. She has also completed a diploma course in Introduction to the American Legal System (A Business Law Approach with International Elements) at Javeriana University (2010) and a diploma course in Corporate Law at Rosario University (in course). She was an exchange student at the Law Faculty at Carlos III University in Madrid, Spain (2008). Published in the Private Law Review of Los Andes University the article “Fundamental alteration of the equilibrium of the contract: Foundation of Hardship in the Unidroit Principles for International Commercial Contracts”.

As member of the corporate practice team, she provides legal advice to national and multinational companies on a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters as well as structuring, and drafting of mercantile agreements, cooperation schemes, distribution and agency schemes.
