Lawyer from the Jesuit run Pontifical “Javeriana” University Law School. Graduated as an undergraduate professional in Military Sciences from the Military Academy “General José María Córdova”, with the rank of Second Lieutenant (EJC-Rsv.). Earned his  LL.M at  New York University School of Law.

As the Coordinator of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, provides advice and accompanies important domestic and foreign Companies  in the structuring, negotiation and closing-up of acquisition processes. In the same way, leads the Practice of Competition & Integrations, focused towards  domestic and international customers in the process of obtaining approval from the Superintendence Bureau of Industry & Commerce (SIC) for the integrations  that they undertake inside the national territory, by providing them with advice and constant ongoing training in topics related with the compliance and fulfillment of the rules on restrictive practices on competition and unfair competition and also by accompanying and representing them  in controversies related with unfair competition and infringements to the regulations on free competition. As a complement to his practice in M&A matters, he provides advice to companies  involved in negotiation processes  in the structuring  of said acquisitions so that they comply and fulfill with the rules on free competition.
