| | | Mr. Galindo- Sánchez joined the firm in 2005 and currently is a Senior Associate in the Trusts and Estates and Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Groups of the firm. He provides legal advice to national and multinational companies on a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters as well as structuring, and drafting of mercantile agreements, cooperation schemes, joint ventures and distribution schemes. Mr. Galindo- Sánchez also counsels family companies on complex estate planning matters and succession issues.
He is admitted to practice in Colombia and in the State of New York.
Mr. Galindo- Sánchez is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad Javeriana and also obtained specializations in Corporate Law from Universidad Javeriana and in Tax Law from Universidad del Rosario. He also graduated with honors with an LL.M in Business Law from the University of California, Los Angeles.
