Mr. Fressen-Moreno  is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad de La Sabana. He was four times recognized with the “Alumno Distinguido” award by the law school of Universidad de La Sabana, where he is currently lecturer and advisor of the college’s moot court teams that participate in international competitions. As a member of the merger and acquisitions practice team, he assists and supports local and international clients in the purchase and sale of Colombian and foreign companies.

He has been part of different transactions in the pharmaceutical, insurance and technology industries. He has also successfully coordinated various due diligence processes of different companies in Colombia and abroad.
