Ms. Caro is a graduate of the School of Law of Universidad del Rosario. As a member of the Foreign Exchange Derivatives and Structured Finance and the Environment and Natural Resources Team, she advises local and foreign clients in the implementation and structuring of transactions that must be mandatorily channeled through the foreign exchange market as well as open market operations. Additionally, she guides and represents clients in proceedings involving the exchange authorities, such as the

Central Bank, the National Tax Authority (DIAN) and the Superintendency of Companies and provides advice on matters relating to the special foreign exchange regime. She also provides advice on mining, oil and environmental regulations.
